§1Who we are

Web to Table is operated by Ali Asad, an individual business based in Pakistan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Web to Table. “You” means the person or the company that uses the service.

Contact: support@webtotable.app. Website: webtotable.app.

§2What the service does

You ask for a table in plain words. An agent researches public web pages and the apps you connect. It delivers a table in which each cell shows its source. It can check the table again on a schedule and tell you what changed.

Before launch, the service is an invite-only beta. Beta features can change or stop without notice.

§3Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to use the service.
  • Give us a real email address. Keep your sign-in safe.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the runs that your API keys and AI agents start.
  • If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.

§4Plans and credits

PlanPriceCredits

ProUS$247.99 a month32,000 a month
ScaleUS$597.99 a month90,000 a month
Top-upUS$50 once5,000
Top-upUS$100 once10,000
  • Plan credits reset each month. Unused plan credits do not roll over.
  • You can buy a top-up only when you have an active plan. Top-up credits expire 90 days after purchase.
  • A plan renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active to the end of the paid month.
  • Credits have no cash value. You cannot transfer or sell them.
  • We can change prices for future periods. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to you.

§5Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments. You can send refund requests to us or to Paddle.

  • Paddle handles your payment details. We never see your card number.
  • Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where the law requires it.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

§6How a run spends credits

  • Before a run starts, it shows its plan and a credit cap. You can change the cap.
  • A run never spends more than its cap. When it reaches the cap, it stops and gives you what it found.
  • If a run fails because the AI model provider fails and no table is delivered, you pay nothing for that run.
  • If a run delivers nothing, it costs at most a third of its cap.
  • Scheduled checks spend credits from your balance under the cap you set for them.

§7Results

The agent researches public web pages and the apps you connect. Web pages can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. So results can be incomplete or wrong. Each cell shows its source page and the quote that supports it, so you can check it. A blank cell means the source did not say. We do not guarantee that a table is complete or correct.

Contact details in tables are limited to details that are publicly listed by the person or the business.

§8Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the tables. You must obey the law that applies to you. For example:

  • rules for email and phone outreach, such as consent and opt-out rules;
  • data protection law, when a table holds data about people;
  • the terms of the websites and apps that you ask us to read.

§9Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • break the law, or target people or groups illegally;
  • harass, stalk or threaten anyone;
  • bypass a login, a paywall or any other access control;
  • sign in to an account that you do not own or do not have permission to use;
  • collect sensitive data about individuals, such as health, religion, sexual life, political opinions or biometric data;
  • resell raw access to the service, or let others use your account as a service;
  • attack, overload or reverse engineer the service.

We can stop a run, pause a schedule or suspend an account that breaks these rules. When we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix the problem.

§10Connected apps and sign-ins

You can connect apps such as Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack and email. When you connect an app:

  • we read only the data that you choose;
  • we add columns and rows, and we never delete your data;
  • we write to the app only after you approve the change;
  • our integration provider holds workspace access tokens, and we encrypt your own API keys;
  • you can disconnect the app at any time.

You can also sign in to a website through a browser session that you watch. These sessions are read by default; we ask before any change. You can end a session at any time. Sign in only to accounts that you own or have permission to use.

§11Your data and ours

  • Your tables and your connected data belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
  • We can use what we learn from runs to improve how the agent researches. We never sell your data.
  • The software, the design and the name Web to Table belong to us. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

§12Changes to the service and these terms

We can change the service. If a change removes a feature you pay for, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. We can change these terms. We tell you about important changes by email before they apply. If you continue to use the service after a change applies, you accept the new terms.

§13Ending your use

You can cancel your plan and delete your account at any time. We can end your account if you break these terms. When an account ends, we delete its data as our privacy policy describes.

§14Warranty and liability

We provide the service “as is”. We give no warranty beyond what the law requires. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

§15Law

The law of Pakistan applies to these terms. The courts of Pakistan decide disputes, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
