Questions about money

Do I pay per row?

No. Credits pay for the work: searches, pages read and AI model use. Your free sample shows what your request costs.

Do plan credits roll over?

No. Plan credits reset each month. Unused credits do not carry over.

What if I need more credits?

Buy a top-up: $50 for 5,000 credits or $100 for 10,000. Top-ups need a plan. They expire 90 days after you buy them.

What does a recheck cost?

A list stays useful when it is rechecked. Each scheduled recheck spends credits for the work it does.

How do I control recheck spend?

You set two caps: one per check and one per month. We plan the schedule with you during the pilot.

When does billing start?

With your plan, after the pilot. The pilot itself is free.

Who takes payment?

Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and receipts.

What about refunds?

Our refund policy lists each case. The terms cover plans and credits.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel at any time.
